About Me
I study small mammals, with a primary focus on bats, in Belgian Limburg’s national parks and surrounding cross-border regions. My research focuses on generating long-term, fundamental data on small-mammal populations and their habitat use, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of nature restoration and landscape connectivity measures in supporting the favourable conservation status of these ecologically important species.
